Bookvip San Juan Puerto Rico 2023

We are bargain hunters. Spend less, travel more … right?!Bookvip San Juan Puerto Rico… If you like to make your trip travel dollar stretch, then like us, you may find yourself thinking about a trip plan advertising deal. You ought to be prepared. Know that these promotional vacation package companies are not at all equal.

After the let down of our current remain at the Cancun all inclusive through Premier Travel Resorts, I just got off the phone from attempting to schedule the remainder of our getaway package with them (some time in Florida). Let’s just say that will not be happening. We are just going to eat the expense and forget about it.

From here on out, we will be booking vacation bundles through BookVIP. If you click over to their website, you will see that it is complete of the most affordable getaway bundles to some of the most popular destinations.

Our first ever all inclusive experience was with BookVIP and it was incredible. Maybe the Dreams ruined us. This location was off-hook. It was whatever we had actually hoped for and then some.

One quick note … We have just utilized BookVIP one time, at one luxury resort in Cancun. Reasoning informs me that not every resort trip bundle is going to provide a comparable experience. It really is all going to boil down to the research study you put in.

They don’t advertise the real name of the resorts. If you really want to sleuth out the place you will be staying a bit of investigative work on Google to match up the pictures will reveal the true identity of the home you are thinking about. There was plenty of details on the BookVIP website to assist us feel comfortable with making our reservation.

You understand ahead of time if the dates you desire to take a trip are readily available. There is time to compare the restaurants and features. This is a big contrast to the advertising holiday package sales calls I will talk about in the next section.

When you are all set to make your appointment with BookVIP, simply be prepared for a couple of extra resort fees and taxes. In our case, part of the additional charge was to cover ideas for the resort staff.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS Bookvip San Juan Puerto Rico
In contrast to BookVIP, our experience with Premier Travel Resorts (out of Florida) was not the very best. If this had actually been our first experience, we likely would not have participated in another advertising deal. It was that bad.

Are you on the calling lists? After our first marketing resort stay, we started getting telephone call using trip packages to various destinations. That is how we ended up with a getaway package including our latest Cancun all inclusive plus a couple short remain in Florida and elsewhere.

These travel sales calls are constantly a high-pressure circumstance unless you just hang up. Say no adequate times and they will keep dropping the price to where it really sounds like a good deal. There isn’t much time to look into the trip homes they are using.

They drew us in with a stay in Cancun (which is convenient for us because of the distance to Belize) and a long time in Florida (hi, sailboat shopping!). So we pulled the trigger and bought a plan. But utilizing it, that is a whole various story.

Premier Travel Resorts does not make it simple to really utilize the holiday time. There is a lot of fine print that makes travel planning extremely difficult and potentially a lot more pricey. They don’t expose these information during the sales call.

IF YOU ACQUIRE A HOLIDAY BUNDLE WITH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS, THIS IS WHAT YOU MUST BE PREPARED FOR …
You can just schedule your dates 45-90 days ahead of time. Okay, reasonable enough.

Nevertheless, when you contact us to request your favored dates, they need you to fill out a long form requiring all the info that they currently have. You then need to wait about a week to see if your dates are even offered. Unless your travel plans will just include your stay at their resort, this makes planning the rest of your travel very troublesome.

Planning economical flights, or available Airbnb stays in combination with your Premier Travel Resorts holiday package is very hard. In our case, the Airbnb we wanted to remain at after our remain at the resort was booked by the time Premier Travel Resorts returned to us.

Our bundle included a remain in Orlando and a stay in Daytona Beach. Premier Travel Resorts requires that those stays be back to back or 1 month apart. So, in our case, using them on either end of a company journey we had actually prepared was not enabled.

We used the Cancun part of our vacation plan, but we won’t be using the rest of it.

THE BAIT AND SWITCH CANCUN ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ THROUGH PREMIER TRAVEL RESORTS
The room was unclean, the toilet was cracked, the lights flickered, which is simply the start. You see, they put us up, not in one of the luxury residential or commercial properties that they wished to sell us on, however rather at their ‘cemetary resort’. Seriously, that is what the men at the great property told us they called it. Genuine.

Now, to be reasonable, Laguna Suites wasn’t all bad. The one dining establishment that was included in our ‘all inclusive’ (if you overlook the air conditioning system leaking into our food) was in fact a nice experience. They altered the menu every night, including foods from different parts of Mexico. And the staff was incredible. Really friendly and accommodating. And extremely ready to help us with our Spanish.

Once over the shock of the difference in the kind of location we thought we would be staying, we maximized it. We fulfilled some great people. Consumed some fantastic food. Took some nice walks on the golf course. And picked up our rental cars and truck a couple days early to go off and check out the location.

THE SALES PITCH
Both BookVIP and Premier Travel Resorts require that you participate in a 90-120 minute sales pitch to get their affordable prices. No biggie. We seem like that deserves it.

Premier Travel Resorts, however, needs that you attend a promotional discussion throughout each stay. This is various from what we were informed when they sold us the package. A two-hour sales pitch when you are staying someplace for just 2 nights is a huge chunk of time. They sold us four different stays, that means approximately eight hours of reasonably high-pressure sales! No thanks.

OK, THAT’S IT FOR MY TIRADE
